Grapes
The wine is produced from selected grapes.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested only after reaching optimal ripeness. Vinification includes 25 days of skin maceration at a controlled temperature of 28 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures for 24 months in 25 hL oak barrels.
