Grapes
The wine is made from selected grapes from the San Giuseppe vineyard.
Vinification
The fruit is harvested only at optimal ripeness. Maceration on the skins lasts 20 days at a controlled temperature of 28 °C.
Ageing
The wine ages for 24 months in 25 hL oak barrels.
