About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards have limestone soils and favourable exposure. Suitable weather conditions and the exposure allow the grapes to ripen evenly.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes undergo 15 days of skin maceration at a controlled temperature of 28 °C.
Ageing
The wine ages for one year in 25 hL oak casks.

Pairs with traditional Piedmontese dishes, including veal carpaccio with olive oil, truffle omelette and cold veal with tuna sauce, as well as grilled meat.
