About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Nebbiolo grows in the “Le Coste” vineyard, at 320 m above sea level on limestone soils.
Grapes
The wine is made from selected Nebbiolo grapes.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested only at optimal ripeness. The must undergoes 30 days of skin maceration at a controlled temperature of 28 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures for 36 months in 25 hL oak barrels.
Tasting profile
Deep, elegant and complex, with a well-balanced style.
