About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie near the sea in the province of Trapani, on sandy clay soils. The maritime climate benefits the quality of the harvest and the wine’s flavour.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at full ripeness. Pure grape spirit is added at the very end of fermentation.
Ageing
The wine rests for at least five years in Slavonian oak barrels.
