Grapes
Made from Moscato Bianco di Canelli.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are pressed and the juice settles for 48 hours. Following the initial traditional fermentation, a second fermentation takes place in sealed tanks at a controlled 18–19 °C, producing the wine’s carbon dioxide and enhancing its aromatic and fruity character. Fermentation is stopped at 7–7.5% alcohol, leaving approximately 90 g/L of natural residual sugar.

Elegant, with aromatic and fruity notes and a gentle sweetness.
