About this wine
Vinification
Made using the ancient, now largely forgotten Governo all’uso Toscano technique. Several months after fermentation begins, partially dried grapes are added to restart the process, deepen the colour and reinforce the wine’s structure.
Tasting profile
Rich fruit notes are joined by luscious tannins and a smooth texture.
