About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in vineyards in Friuli.
Vinification
The ripe grapes are gently pressed. The must is fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine is made in line with responsible winegrowing and winemaking practices.
Ageing
Brief ageing on the lees. The wine is not aged in oak barrels, which lets the natural character of the grapes and terroir show through.
Tasting profile
Light, floral, dry and fruit-forward, easy to drink. The time on the lees adds depth and elegance to the palate and helps the wine develop its structure.
