Tasting profile
Deep ruby red with purple highlights. Cherry and black-cherry aromas lead the red-fruit profile, accompanied by sweet spices. The palate is full-bodied yet elegant, with silky tannins, a soft texture and a long, persistent finish.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 18–20 °C. Pair with roasts, red meat, game and cheese.
Label / history
The name evokes the furrow of a family tradition handed down for more than a century. The wine is presented as a Tuscan expression built around lightly dried grapes.
