About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Negroamaro is grown in the producer's own vineyards in Puglia.
Vinification
After harvest the grapes are dried naturally using the appassimento method. Spontaneous fermentation begins after 25 days.
Ageing
The wine is aged for 22 months in Slavonian oak barrels, which give it a rich flavour and intense aroma.
Tasting profile
Rich fruit flavours and a vivid aroma, with a spicy bouquet. The texture is velvety and the palate soft and rounded.
