Grapes
Sangiovese is combined with Cabernet and Merlot, bringing together the characteristic profile of Sangiovese, the elegance of Cabernet and the softness of Merlot.

Tasting profile
The bouquet combines black cherry, liquorice, forest-floor and mineral notes with a layer of vanilla-toned oak. Rich, full-bodied and velvety on the palate, it has a succulent fruit core, well-integrated tannins and a deep, persistent finish.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 18–20 °C. Pair with aged cheeses, richly flavoured first courses and game.
