About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Syrah grows in Piccini’s vineyards in Sicily, where the Mediterranean climate brings mild winters, limited rainfall, and very hot, windy summers. The soils are rich in limestone and clay, contributing minerality and freshness.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified traditionally in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
