About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on alluvial soils at the Risano estate. The vines are pruned low to limit yields and are harvested at peak ripeness in early September.
Vinification
After gentle pressing, the must is cooled to 10 °C. Fermentation lasts 18 days in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18–22 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests in the winery’s cellar at a constant 12 °C and is stabilized before bottling.
