About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on alluvial soils at the Risano estate. The vines are pruned low to limit yields.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at peak ripeness from late August to early September and gently pressed. The must is cooled to 8 °C, then fermented for 18 days in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14–20 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests in the winery’s cellar at a constant 12 °C and is stabilized before bottling.
Tasting profile
