About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown on the stony soils of Friuli.
Vinification
The grapes are usually harvested at optimal ripeness during the first two weeks of September. They are gently pressed and fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests briefly in bottle in the winery’s cellars.

Elegant and refreshing.
Label / history
The wine received a silver medal at Vinistra 2016.
