About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the estate’s vineyards on stony soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the second half of September and gently pressed at the winery. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 °C. The second fermentation is carried out in autoclaves using the Charmat–Martinotti method for at least 60 days.
