About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Sauvignon Blanc comes from vineyards in Friuli.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in the first days of September. After gentle pressing, the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to preserve the varietal aromas. The wine is not aged in oak, so the character of the grapes and terroir comes through.
Ageing
The wine is bottled as soon as fermentation is complete. It then rests in the winery's cellars for several months before release, which lets it become more harmonious.
