About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit grows in Vittoria, on red sandy soils close to the sea.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in late September and fermented on their skins for seven days. They are then pressed particularly gently in a vertical press, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine remains in stainless-steel tanks until bottling.
