Traditional vinification lasts a total of 25 days.
Ageing
The wine matures for at least 21 months in French oak barrels, followed by a prolonged period of bottle refinement.

Alcohol: 14% vol. Available in 0.75 l bottles and 1.5 l magnums.
Tasting profile
Intense dark-berry aromas and a fresh, lightly spicy accent form a complex, layered and harmonious bouquet. The tannic structure indicates substantial longevity.
