Tasting profile
Bright ruby red of moderate depth with garnet reflections, characteristic of young Nebbiolo. The intense fruit profile recalls wild strawberry, raspberry and pomegranate before developing balsamic nuances of liquorice and mint. Dynamic and fresh on the palate, supported by fine, elegant tannins and a pleasantly long finish.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 18–20 °C. Pair with ravioli del plin and roast gravy, truffle tajarin, bollito misto or roast lamb.
