Tasting profile
Deep garnet in colour with brick-red nuances. The clean, precise bouquet recalls roasted chestnuts and dried plums, followed by dark chocolate, balsamic spices, nutmeg, dried aromatic herbs and black truffle. The palate is elegant, balancing freshness with clearly defined tannins. A subtle sweetness accompanies the complex, layered finish.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 18–20 °C. Pair with roasted or braised meats and game.
