About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the "Terre del Conte" vineyard, whose soils are limestone and clay.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, then destemmed and pressed at the winery. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at 15–16 °C for 15–20 days.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees for 2–3 months.
