About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the separate “Priara” vineyard, on stony alluvial soils. The vines are planted at a density of 5,000 plants per hectare. Heavy pruning and green harvesting are used to reduce yields substantially.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the first half of September, carefully selected and gently pressed. Fermentation uses several types of yeast.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees in stainless-steel tanks, followed by at least three months in bottle.
Tasting profile
Refreshing, with an expressive aroma and an elegant taste.
