About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Glera fruit is grown on the hills of Valdobbiadene in Veneto. The local microclimate combines moderately moist soils, abundant sunshine and good airflow.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed immediately. The must ferments at a controlled temperature. The wine is then produced by the Charmat method, with secondary fermentation in stainless-steel tanks to preserve its aromas. It is bottled without further fermentation in the bottle.
