About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie between the villages of Sinio and Serralunga d'Alba.
Grapes
Nebbiolo is complemented by a small amount of Barbera.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand from late September to early October. After destemming, the berries are pressed and macerated, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless-steel tanks.
Tasting profile
Pleasant and well balanced, with classic Nebbiolo character, a smooth texture, firm tannins and an inviting aroma.
Serving and pairing
Pairs especially well with Italian dishes such as ravioli and vinello tonato, as well as white meat, ham and cured meats.
