The grapes are harvested entirely by hand, gently pressed at the winery and vinified traditionally.
Ageing
The wine matures for 48 months in 300 hL Slavonian oak casks and 225 L French oak barrels, followed by a further 20 months in bottle in the winery’s cellars.
