Tasting profile
The fine, austere bubbles rise slowly. Its evolving color moves toward gold while retaining traces of straw yellow. The nose is complex and persistent: ripe yellow fruit and banana develop toward mango and papaya, while a lively citrus component remains. Yellow flowers bring finesse, followed by butter, peanut-butter and dried-fruit nuances. A restrained boisée note and fresh toastiness add complexity.
The palate opens on citrus and tropical fruit, with a subtle spicy finish. Pronounced savouriness interweaves with acidity, creating a firm but dynamic structure. The texture is soft and rounded, and the finish is notably long, clean and precise.
