About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow at 550 metres above sea level on gravelly, sandy soils rich in humus.
Grapes
The blend includes a small proportion of other permitted red varieties alongside the principal grapes.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested and selected by hand, then pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature for 20 days.
Ageing
Before bottling, the wine rests in large vats for around three months.
Tasting profile
Elegant, fresh and refined, with a youthful character.

Recommended with appetisers, pasta and Mediterranean dishes.
