About this wine

The Nebbiolo grapes are grown in the Langhe area.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified using traditional methods.

Tasting profile

Elegant and pleasant, with a somewhat lighter structure than Barolo.

Serving and pairing

Served slightly chilled, at 16–18 °C, to bring out its full aroma and flavour.

Label / history

The name Nebbiolo is commonly thought to come from the mists ("nebbia") that drift down over the vineyards. Local winemakers say instead that it means "noble", after the Piedmontese word "nebbieu".
