About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is selected from vineyards favoured for their exposure, planting density and yield per vine. The soils are predominantly medium-textured, with sand and clay. Harvest takes place during September.
Grapes
Vermentino.
Vinification
The grapes undergo gentle pressing, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
After alcoholic fermentation, the wine continues its development in concrete vats in contact with its lees. This stage builds roundness and flavour before bottling.
Tasting profile
Bright straw yellow with green-gold highlights. The intense, complex nose presents apple, peach and citrus. The palate combines freshness and balance with natural flavour persistence.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 10–12 °C. Pair with fish or white-meat dishes accented by spices and aromatic sauces.
