Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the company’s vineyards in Piedmont, at the foot of the Western Alps. The vines experience hot summer sunshine, cold autumn winds and winter fog.

Made from selected Cortese grapes.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. Traditional white-wine vinification includes fermentation at low temperatures to retain freshness and bright aromas.
