Vineyard and terroir
The Cortese grapes are grown in Piedmont, at the foot of the Western Alps. The region has hot summer sunshine, cold autumn winds and winter fog.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified using a traditional dry-white-wine method.
