About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The vineyards are situated on the hills of Valpolicella, north of Verona. Their clay-limestone soils provide good drainage, while the vines receive ample warmth and sunlight.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, gently pressed and macerated for 8–10 days before fermentation.

Ageing

The wine matures for 6–8 months in large oak casks and stainless-steel tanks.

Tasting profile

Bright in appearance.

Serving and pairing

Pairs with pasta, game, roasts and grilled meat.
