The fruit comes from Valpolicella in northeastern Italy, where the soils are well drained and the vines receive plentiful sunshine and warmth.
Grapes
The blend uses Corvina Veronese alongside Corvinone, Rondinella and Croatina.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified traditionally at a controlled temperature, with six days of maceration.
