About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit grows on clay-limestone soils. The vines are eight years old on average.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. Low-temperature pre-fermentation maceration is followed by fermentation and post-fermentation maceration in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. The wine also undergoes malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine matures for 12 months in French oak barrels.
