About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The grapes are grown on clay-limestone soils in the province of Nadro. The vines are 50 years old on average.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. Low-temperature pre-fermentation maceration is followed by fermentation, post-fermentation maceration and malolactic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.

Ageing

The wine matures for 30 months in the same stainless-steel tanks and then for six months in French oak barrels. After bottling, it rests for a further six months in the winery’s cellars.
