About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow on clay-limestone soils and are 65 years old on average.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, with low-temperature pre-fermentation maceration followed by alcoholic fermentation, post-fermentation maceration and malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine matures for six months in French oak barrels, followed by eight months in bottle in the winery’s cellars.
