About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vines are 10–15 years old on average.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. They undergo four hours of low-temperature pre-fermentation maceration, followed by fermentation in stainless-steel tanks at 12–14 °C for 25 days.
Ageing
The wine rests for several months in the same stainless-steel tanks.
Tasting profile
Distinctively aromatic and fresh, with notes of tropical fruit.
