About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The grapes are grown in a vineyard in the municipality of Roddi, at approximately 220 m above sea level, with southern and southeastern exposure.

Vinification

After harvest, the grapes are pressed and fermented in stainless-steel tanks. Maceration lasts 20–30 days; submerged-cap fermentation is used depending on the vintage.

Ageing

The wine matures in clay amphorae for 3–6 months to preserve its pure fruit character and aromatic complexity.

Tasting profile

The 2025 vintage is elegant and well balanced, with pure fruit flavours and aromatic complexity.

Serving and pairing

Pair with red meat dishes.

Label / history

This was the first red wine created by Gian Luca Colombo. Its character has been refined from year to year through technical winemaking methods and a distinctive ageing process.
