About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The fruit comes from vineyards in Novello and Dogliani.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested in September, following the season’s natural rhythm. Slow skin maceration takes place at a controlled temperature for 22–40 days, followed by fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The process extracts colour and aromas.

Ageing

The wine rests for 12–14 months in large Austrian oak casks, preserving its fruit-forward character and varietal purity.

Tasting profile

Elegant, refined and lively, with bright aromas, a captivating bouquet and a fruit-forward character.

Serving and pairing

Suitable with red meat dishes.
