About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from Sardinia, where the variety is grown mainly around Cagliari.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested fully ripe in late September and dried under shelters for about 15 days. They undergo a short maceration at low temperature to extract aromas from the skins, followed by fermentation at low temperature.
Ageing
The wine matures in large acacia barrels.
