About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc come from young vines planted along an oleander-lined avenue in the southwestern part of the Sella & Mosca estate in Alghero.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested only during the cool morning hours. After a brief cold maceration and gentle pressing, the juice runs off naturally before settling and undergoing a slow fermentation at a controlled low temperature.
Label / history
The name “Oleandro” refers to the oleander-lined avenue where the vines are planted.
