About this wine
Vinification
Harvest timing varies by year, usually from late September to early October. The fruit undergoes two days of pre-fermentation cold maceration to encourage colour extraction and soft tannins. Fermentation takes place at 22–26 °C, followed by malolactic fermentation lasting until December.
Ageing
The wine matures in medium-toasted oak barrels in underground cellars maintained at a constant 15 °C, followed by six months in bottle.

The name “Raim” means “grape” in ancient Catalan.
