About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are dried on straw mats in a warm room, then crushed and placed in small wooden caratelli.
Tasting profile
Deep amber in colour, with aromas of dried fruit and honey and a smooth, velvety palate.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif or with light appetizers, fruit, sweet pastries and desserts.
