The red Possessioni is lightly aged in cherry barrels, which gives the wine its house personality.

Tasting profile
Lively ruby red. Cherry aromas with delicate spice, especially cinnamon. Well-structured palate with good acidity and intense ripe-cherry aromas, finishing long with hints of resinated wood.
Serving and pairing
A versatile wine for traditional local dishes, fresh pasta, risotto, vegetarian recipes, meat and fish paellas, roast beef, speck with potatoes and medium-aged cheeses.
