About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Cabernet Franc vineyard lies within Friuli Colli Orientali and includes hilly and lowland sites at 120 m above sea level. The soils contain marl, sandstone and clay. Planted in 1995, the vines are trained to Guyot at a density of approximately 5,000 plants per hectare.

Tasting profile
Ruby red with violet hues. When young, the aroma and flavour show Cabernet Franc's characteristic herbaceous character; bottle age brings greater development and spicy notes. The palate is tannic, full-bodied and harmonious.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 12–14 °C. Pair with venison and other game, roasts, red meat or white meat.
