About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit grows on southeast-facing vineyards in the Taburno hills, at 200–600 m above sea level, in clay-limestone soils.
Vinification
The grapes are hand-harvested when fully ripe in late September. After destemming and crushing, they are gently pressed, then fermented in stainless-steel vats at 15 °C.

Easy-drinking, with fresh-fruit aromas and flavours.
Serving and pairing
A suitable match for light dishes.
