Vineyard and terroir
The Chardonnay is grown in Italy’s Friuli-Venezia Giulia region. Organic vineyard methods are used to preserve the variety’s character.
Vinification
The wine is made using the traditional Champagne method. Puiatti ferments its wines exclusively in steel, cement or ceramic tanks.
Ageing
It rests on the lees for 24–30 months. Puiatti does not use oak barrels; its wines are aged exclusively in steel, cement or ceramic tanks.

Suitable as an aperitif and with light dishes, seafood, salads and appetisers.
Label / history
“Save a tree—drink Puiatti” is the company motto. Vittorio Puiatti and his son Giovanni approached winemaking with an emphasis on environmental considerations as well as business and passion. Puiatti is now part of Tenimenti Angelini.
