About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie at 30 m above sea level on mixed, gravelly soils under favourable climatic conditions. Organic methods are used in the vineyard to preserve the variety’s character.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested entirely by hand in mid-September. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 21 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests first in stainless-steel tanks and then in bottle. It is not aged in oak.
Tasting profile
Young and fresh, with a polished, elegant and well-balanced style.
