About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in Alto Monferrato, a historic area of Piedmont. The vineyards lie at 350 m above sea level on soils composed mainly of limestone-rich clay and sedimentary rock. Tenimenti Ca' Bianca is based in the commune of Alice Bel Colle, where its estate extends across approximately 39 hectares in the hills of Alto Monferrato.
Vinification
Maceration lasts approximately eight days and is followed by malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine matures for one year in French oak barrels, divided equally between new and previously used oak.

Tenimenti Ca' Bianca was founded in the early 1950s.
